Kim Victoria Cattrall, born August 21, 1956, in London, is the daughter of a British and Canadian actress from Canada and the UK. She is most famous as Samantha Jones on the HBO show Sex and the City. She was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for 2002 for the role of Best Supporting Female actor. The same character was played by her in the movies Sex and the City 2008 and Sex and the City 2 2010. In the 1980s, she played leading roles on the television show Police Academy Big Trouble Little China Mannequin as well as Porky's.
